The Premier is a luxury self-catering apartment set on a cobbled street only seconds from the hotel the city's amenities. The apartment is chic and contemporary in style, filled with light, space and comfort. It accommodates up to 8 people. With a private off-street entrance, the apartment is a maisonette occupying the full 4 floors of this typical Georgian building. A staircase leads up to a small hall-way and on to an upper level where you find a triple bedroom and a single room, and on the 4th floor a further double bedroom and twin/double with bathroom.
Lounge – 1st floor
The Georgian lounge looks out onto the cobbled street. The room features a 32" LCD TV with all the terrestrial channels and DVD player with a selection of DVDs, and seating area with a dining table area. Free wireless broadband is available throughout the apartment.
Kitchen – 1st floor
The large kitchen comprises of granite work surfaces and modern appliances throughout. It is perfect for culinary creativity and comes complete with a dishwasher and washing machine.
Patio – 1st floor
From the kitchen out through a stable door, you find a large secluded patio. An 8 seater contemporary wicker dining table and chairs, outdoor games and lush modern greenery will help you feel completely relaxed.
Master Bedroom - 2nd floor
This adaptable bedroom offers you the option of twin beds or a king size double – the choice is all yours along with a 3ft single bed suitable for a child or adult. It is very spacious with fitted wardrobe space, LCD TV and a DAB CD clock radio. The master bedroom has a cot, which we can supply with high chair. Hairdryers are also included.
Single Bedroom - 2nd floor
The small Single bedroom is suitable for children and adults. The bed 3ft wide and 6ft long. Fitted with black out blinds and a single fitted wardrobe.
Bathroom - 2nd floor
Located between the 2 bedrooms this new luxury bathroom oozes style. It is fitted with a bath/shower and has high quality fixture and fittings throughout. Harington’s Hotel toiletries are supplied in the room for the ultimate pamper with fluffy white towels.
Twin/Double - Bedroom 3rd floor
This adaptable bedroom offers you the option of twin beds or a king size double – the choice is all yours..Accommodates 2 people. The room also features a large wardrobe space and dressing table
Double Bedroom - 3rd floor
The small double bedroom comes with a 4'6" double bed and accommodates 2 people.
Bathroom - 3rd floor
Located between the 2 bedrooms this new luxury bathroom oozes style. It is fitted with a double shower and has high quality fixture and fittings throughout. Harington’s Hotel toiletries are supplied in the room for the ultimate pamper with fluffy white towels.

- Breakfast can be arranged at the hotel the day prior at £12.50 per person and is served between 10am-10.30 for parties of 5 or more people. When 5 or less people are staying in the Premier they can eat at the normal hotel breakfast times. Please note due to limited seating capacity in our breakfast room the apartment guests are welcome only after 10am and guests of the hotel can only have breakfast at the designated hotel times, this is to ensure we can provide a professional and speedy service to all.
